Kudos to these LEOs. Our city is proud of you men. I just wished they would have done this California style. Like they did back in the 60s with the SLA. Give him 2 minutes to come out or burn the place down. (Joking) It was a wild thought.

Who says they didn't turn off his electricity to force him out ? That is normally what they do. Kudo's to all officers who expose themselves to all kinds of dangers for the safety of my loved ones.

I don't know how these guys do it here. I was an officer in southern Cal not too far from the cost where the high in the summer was about 90. Even as a motor officer, I would feel sick and sweat would puddle in my motor boots. One thing to think about too is how many officers remove their vests or don't wear them because of the heat. Hopefully none do.

After the wife left the house, they should have turned off the electricity, it wouldn't have taken him so long to surrender with no A/C - just MHO. And crippledman, sounds like you're mentally crippled for your stupid comment.

I feel bad for the officers. They shoulda tear gassed the idiot once the puppet, I'm mean the wife was safe. I bet crippledman is a fat lazy slug that has everybody waiting on his useless aasss hand and foot.

crippledman, let's see you dress in all the gear the SAU officers have to wear, go out in the for that period of time and see how long you last. And these guys are in good physical condition. Are you?

I agree, I think that once he released the woman they should have just smoked his A!! out of the house with tear gas or the pepper spray guns they especially when the officers started getting ill because of this scum.

I think they should get hazardous duty compensation.
