Thats awesome that the DMV just hands out drivers licenses like they are some kind of ticket for an amusement park ride. I'd hit a brick wall or a parked car before I ever hit a person pushing a freaking baby stroller. This driver sounds liek just another one of the millions of oxygen thieves that public roads are plagued with. Maybe the state could put up a camera on that road, since those make everyones lives better.
