Their oldest daughter, Cassandra, wrote to the show asking them to renovate the Children's hospital in Tucson, where she was undergoing cancer treatment.
The show's producers agree to fix up the hospital and the Okvath's home.
Now, four years later, Cassandra is better, but things aren't so bright in the home.
Bryan recently lost his job.
He and Nichole and their seven children are looking to move out. They recently put their dream-home on the market.
"It's a beautiful house," Bryan said. "It's just that the expenses are that come with it are more than we can afford."
Bryan says the six-bedroom, six-bath home is too much for them to handle.
With electric bills approaching $1,500 a month, and water bills around the $400 mark, and hours of endless cleaning and upkeep, they say it's too much of a good thing.
"The bills of this home, there is no way we could actually afford it on our income," Nichol said. "Even if I was to work full time, and he was to work full time, there is now way we could afford it"
With a $1.3 million asking price, they hope to cash in and downsize.
"The memories in this house are unforgettable they will be cherished forever," Nichol said.
