Actually now that I think about it, her first mistake was trying this in a WalMart parking lot. Don't get me wrong, I'm a WalMart shopper and I know not all WalMart shoppers are from the lower economic levels. But if I were looking to score a big payout I would think my chances were much higher trying this in the parking lot of an upscale store or mall. Hmmmm, I wonder what kind of security cameras Fashion Square has in it's parking lot..............

At first I was wondering if the witness was the other woman in the video, then I reread the story and noticed the witness mentioned that it looked like "they" were trying to get hit. If the other woman was involved, shouldn't she be charged as an accessory, she appeared to be giving the scam artist directions.

we should all get used to this ... did any of you see the new unemployemnt numbers for june realsed today ? their not just bad , their horrible .. long term unemployment is also horrible ... there are actualy people who are comming to the end of their unemployment benfits ... that means their income is going to ZERO ... so realise when someone says their are DESPERATE people out there , it's completely true ... our state has a far greater unemployment rate than most others , so brace yourself for all sorts of maddness ..

In a bad economy desperate people will do desperate things. THANK YOUR GOVERNMENT for converting some of the most honest people into crimminals. With the bullschitt that's going on in this country it don't surprize me one bit. We're probably going to see a lot more of this happening, and with the media publishing it, the ones doing it will now get even more creative. Publishing this story has enlightened them to seek better methods to get the job done. SCAMS & TECHNIQUES should not be published.
