CHANDLER, AZ – Four people were injured after a car they were in crashed through a wall and into a house on Wednesday night.
A sergeant with the Chandler Police Department said the driver of a PT Cruiser took a left turn too sharply and lost control, smashing into the house near Cooper and Chandler Boulevard sometime before 10 p.m.
Three passengers in their late teens and early 20s reportedly suffered minor injuries.
The driver was in his early 20s and said he couldn't feel anything from his waist down, according to police.
He had reportedly gone through the windshield during the accident.
The crash happened when the family in the home was about to go to sleep. Although there is damage to the house, no one inside was hurt.
It is unclear if alcohol was a factor.
