Don't let grocery prices scare you because I found some sweet deals at Valley grocery stores this week.
Don't be chicken just buy some instead?
Albertson's has whole chickens for just $.48 a pound. That is an incredible deal and you can buy four at that price.
Fry’s has leg quarters on sale this week for $.74 a pound. They also have whole chickens for only $.88 a pound and drumsticks and thighs for the same price. Bashas’ has chicken breast for just $.87 a pound and you will get three at that price.
If you want something to quench that thirst, first stop is at
Bashas'. They have a coupon, if you spend $25 or more you will get a two-liter of Pepsi for just $.49 cents.
At Albertson’s they have a deal on 12 packs of Pepsi, 6 oz cans; if you buy four you will get them and a free pack of Doritos for just $8.
While you are at Albertson’s grab some bananas for just $.39 a pound or a 1.5 quart of Dreyer's ice cream for just $2.27.
Both Fry's and
Safeway have a great offer on coupons, you will get at least a dollar value on any coupon you bring in. So even though the coupon says $.25, it will actually be worth a dollar. Of course there are some restrictions so make sure to read the fine print.
If you stop by Bashas’ on Halloween day between 12pm and 4pm they will have free trick or treating and a lot of other fun stuff so check that out.
