Weon Keyong Health Center is offering some free workshops throughout the month of December.
On December 5, you can learn about Pilates and how it may improve your posture and slim your waist line.
On December 13, send your kids ages 12 through 16 to learn about preventing injuries for dancers or competitive athletes.
