why push the order button if you didn't want to order? That makes no sense

I saw the commercial for the product on TV. It looked very appealing. I went online and tried to order the product online. The website is set up in such a way, where you have no option of canceling or confirming your transaction. As soon as you click on the "PROCESS ORDER" there is no going back. There is no way to cancel your order online. I called costumer service the next morning (about 10 hours later from the initial purchase). As soon as I told them that I want to cancel the order I was told "sorry but your product has already been shipped. You can send the items back when you get it." I was also told, that I will not receive a refund for the shipping and the handling. This company is a HUGE scam. I wish I researched them online before placing an order.
