We all want our home and workplace to smell good. But buying those sprays can cost you a lot. Why not make it yourself?

I found a recipe online in several blogs and websites.  I have been using it for a few years and it works great!

The recipe is supposed to be an imitation of the well-known Febreze and costs pennies to make.

I did find a few variations of the recipe, some with vinegar and some without. Either way this is the one I use for some areas in my home that don’t always smell very pleasant.

The recipe is simple and takes about two minutes to make.
All you need is an empty spray bottle, one cup of fabric softener (use generic to save even more) and two cups of water.

Pour it all into the empty spray bottle and voila you will have an area that cost you just pennies to freshen.

On a side note, since it makes a lot and you will have a round for a while just remember to shake up the bottle with each use.
