Looking to spruce up your holiday family photo for free?

Brighthub.com has some sites where you can dress up your photos at no cost.

Photoscape has lots of options to edit your pictures. Besides the usual cropping, sharpening, and red-eye reduction, Photoscape lets you create a collage of photos. You can put a bunch of your favorite photos into one. No more cutting up your photos and gluing them to a sheet of paper to create your own collage. Photoscape does the work for you.

Another site is Picnik. This site works with photos from Facebook, Photobucket, or your home computer. Picnik has tons of effects to make your photo look professional. You can edit the colors and tint of your pictures, and even get rid of blemishes or change your hair color. This is a site where you can let your creativity loose.

There’s also Gimp. This photo-editing site has advanced features for photo retouching. Whether you want to add a pop of color to a black and white photo, or enhance your picture, Gimp is a good site to fix the small details.
