Lawsuit filed against Arizona foreclosure rescue operation

Attorney General Terry Goddard filed a lawsuit against the operation believed to have defrauded approximately 400 Arizonans of their homes.

He will let them plea out like he has that guy who did the same thing late last year but on a smaller scale.

I just want to know who gets the money from the fines?Thats a lot of cash for the state that should be accounted for and dispersed in a responsible manner.With all the money above and beyond tax revenu,I just dont see how we can have any kind of deficit at all.

Nice Idea! An Entrepreneur trying to make money. To bad I didn't think of this one. However, He should have know when to get out before he was caught. Food for thought for the next time. $$$$$$$$$
