Holiday drunk driving arrests decline in Arizona

A report released by the governor's office shows a little more than 2,200 drunk driving arrests were made statewide between Thanksgiving and New Year's Day.

Oh yeah that's it! The law enforcement and MADD are responsible for the decrease. Not to mention that bar and resturant sales have decreased as well. It's called a recession. People are strapped for the holidays and can't afford to go out. No need to drive home when you're already there. Until some quality(keyword) public transportation gets implemented, there will be no end to this epidemic.
