The sheriff is a communist and full KKK member. If your skin is anything but white, expect to be stopped and harassed. I was pulled over for playing Mexican music in my car, and the cop was in a left turning lane. When the arrow for him to go went green, he waited until I pulled away going straight, and pulled me over. I played Mexican Music on purpose just waste his time, like he was wasting mine. I am legal, born in Washington DC and had not one reason to stop me other than playing Mexican music and it was at a reasonable level, he just thought I was illegal and wanted to make sure. NOW THAT IS RACIST ALL THE WAY. Who gives a sh it what I play on my radio in my car. SHERIFF AS SHOLE JOE AND HIS CREEPS OF DEPUTIES. How would it feel if you were stopped just for the music you listened to in your car, and at reasonable levels? So I keep a CD of Mexican Music handy and look for MCSO cars to harass, just like they do brown skin Americans. I love wasting their time I JUST LOVE IT. I have my car fully legal, insured, no broken windshield, nothing illegal or in violation. So I love making them pull me over for nothing. LOVE WASTING THEIR TIME, JUST LOVE IT.

As to your statement on commerce. commerce is the exchange of goods on a large scale with different countries. or domestically within countries. so even if it is going to mexico there is still a tax on it. even if it is going to a liquor store it is still exchanging money for a good. how idiotic to think that commerce is not for illegals. Commerce is for everybody even the bum that stands in the freeway exit and begs you for money.

In other news, 20 people had their vehicles stolen, and 15 people were robbed at gun point and 12 people had their home broken into. Nice job MCSO, 8 people in one night...WOW! Quit wasting the taxpayers money. Get in your cars and go find these people. Quit sittin around and waiting for them to come to you. PeteM - any law enforcement officer can stop anybody anytime if they feel there is just cause. I've been stopped (and I'm "white") for what some would call "ridiculous reasons", such as a burnt out lamp that illuminates my license plate. When things like that happen, cops are typically looking for something "bigger and better", and you or I just happen to fit a general description. It's just part of a process to finding those criminals among the rest of us.

PeteM If everyone griped about being stopped for violations. The courts would be backed up for years. Stop griping and be glad you weren't given a citation. If you feel you have a case go for it.

Listen up: Last year when the sheriff had a sweep on cave creek& bell rd I was pulled over for what they say was an obstructed view of my license plate after getting out an observing my plate I asked officer what absructed view he said I could not read the month on my tab It was slightly faded I trully believe that he had stopped me because of the color of my skin as I am hispanic (legal) after 20 minutes of checking me out and small talk he told me to have a good evening (WAS MY CIVIL RIGHTS VIOLATED) I believe so there is something very wrong with this sheriff.......
