Thousands of spectators came out Saturday to see the elaborate floats, giant helium balloons and marching band for the 38th annual Fort McDowell Fiesta Bowl Parade in downtown Phoenix.
Festivities kicked off at 11 a.m.
This year’s theme, "Spirit of the Southwest," displayed floats that honored the essence of Arizona’s desert landscapes and unique cultural heritage.
Fifteen high school marching bands from across the nation joined two Tostitos Fiesta Bowl university bands in the parade.
