Three teenage pedestrians were struck by a car in Glendale Thursday night.

Police said Friday none of the teens suffered life-threatening injuries.

Two 15-year-old boys and a 16-year-old girl were struck by a white car at the intersection of 57th and Peoria avenues.

Another teen, who wasn't hurt, was in the crosswalk as well and watched his friends get hit.

"The car hit her, then she flew up into the air and did a front flip and then hit the ground," said Ricardo Ramos while standing near the scene.

The driver of the car, John Minton, said he was going about 30 mph at the time of the collision.

"It's just all of a sudden there were dark objects in front of the car and next thing I know they were bouncing off the windshield," said Minton after speaking with investigators.

All three victims were transported to St. Joseph's Hospital, according to the Glendale Fire Department.

Investigators on the scene said it did not appear as though the driver of the car was impaired.

"It all happened pretty fast, and thank God I wasn't going fast," said Minton.

Ramos said he and his friends had a signal to cross the street.

Minton said he believes he had a green light when driving through the intersection.

The accident remains under investigation. There is no word yet on who was at fault.
