I would like to see Photo Radar yeild this type of result. It would have taken his picture and that would have been the end of that. No address so no ticket issued and no confession either.

Up until 2006, the number 1 cause of accidents in the Maricopa County area had always been drivers 16 to 24 years of age. That statistic changed in 2006, the #1 cause of accident now are committed by unlicensed, no insurance illegal aliens, and 55% of those accidents turn into hit and runs. This is the reason of the recent spike in insurance premiums for all of us tax paying, good drivers must once again flip the bill for these illegals and their lawless ways. The stats I state above are 100% accurate, as my father owns a very successful insurance company.
