Dear TriMikO? Laws are only for us? Tailgating Legal for Phx PD? I know of One of Phoenix finest in that area who likes to ride peoples bumpers. If this is the same one, he has lucked out for over two years!!!

What a bunch of asses you all are. All negativity, no wonder you're all losers.

I hope this officer gets a ticket for following to close to avoid an accident. If that was anyone else, we would get a ticket. What is good for 1 person, is good for everyone else.

This is funny!!! If I was behind the wheel were me I would get a ticket for failure to control my vehicle/following to close/aggressive driving!!! (just saying!!!!)

Thought tail gating was illegal! Speaking of i hate it when people get to close and i mean too close when stopped at a stop light.

Where are the citations? Ohh that's right we don't cite motorists even if they kill people. Even if a professional driver is suppose to be in control of their vehicle at all times. I might add this how most pot bust go down, following to close. So where are the charges officers?

Those mobile City of Phoenix photo-radar vans will just have to work a few extra hours to make the money to pay for repairs, that's all :)

Great post, Tiger! Thanks.

Hmmm. Following too closely? Vehicle not under control at all times? Or was someone looking for a Lawsuit? Good choice. The "Ditch" can't sue. All is well, more or less.
