Im4US The Trash truck is more times than not a private company at the store sites and the dumps are filled and ran by tax money even if its not a Gang Banger Funeral, TRASH IS TRASH.

How incredibly sad that someone could do such a horrific thing to another human being. No matter their walk of life, no one deserves this. I hope LE can identify this person and find the person responsible. A family has lost a loved one and they need to know where their loved one is - and the vicitm deserves justice.
