PHOENIX -- Officials say four people were injured in a 2-vehicle crash outside a north Phoenix high school Friday.
The accident happened shortly after 11 a.m. at 40th Street and Bell Road, near Paradise Valley High School.
Phoenix fire department spokesman Hugh Chase said two patients were transported to John C. Lincoln Hospital and two others were taken to Scottsdale Memorial Hospital.
He said the patients were transported with serious injuries.
It is not known whether the accident victims were high school students.
No details have been made available as to the cause of the crash.
