According to a Phoenix Police Department press release, Steward Bryant was killed during the early morning hours of Saturday, June 6.
His body was discovered near 7th Avenue and Pierson Street, south of Camelback Road.
The press release states that Bryant was last seen alive nearby at Charlie's Phoenix, located at 727 W. Camelback Road.
No suspect description has been released and very few details have been made available regarding Bryant's murder.
A reward of up to $1,000 is being offered for information leading to the arrest and/or indictment of the suspect(s) of this crime.
