side-swiped the Hyundai - i have a game i play when in a car and i see things like that. it's called DRUNK OR ON THE PHONE. you have to try to determine which it is the swiper is. it's a sick game i admit. but having a sense of humor when all this mayhem is going on around you, can keep you sane. ok, it didn't work for me, but it's a way to get through it all. i am sorry for all involved and hope the swiper gets his due.

now that I am reading the new story by ABC... a completely different story at that.... sounds like maybe the person in the toyo wasnt paying attention, or maybe even texting (driver texts, car veers and hits other car, driver freaks out and doesnt know what is happening and over corrects... same could happen for just talking to passengers) sounds like driver stupidity to me

Lorida, the only traffic signs out there are the ones telling the right lane and the lane next to it to merge (aside from the stop lights). there is no reason for any other sign. the people moved into complex knowing there was a major street right next to them, they should be the ones taking the time to be safer,a nd know how to safely pull out of the complex. Mr. Peabody I completely agree.
