Extra DUI enforcement officers have been patrolling the streets of Arizona since Friday as part of the state's Cinco de Mayo DUI Task Force.
So far there have been at least 112 reported DUI arrests. The average blood alcohol content of those arrested was .139.
Twenty-seven of those arrested were cited for Extreme DUI, which means the drivers allegedly had a blood alcohol content of .15 or above. The legal limit in Arizona is .08.
Officers and deputies have made nearly 1,300 traffic stops since the task force started. It ends Tuesday, May 5.
