wow-I, for one am glad she didn't go "Postal" on anyone...depression is a horrible state of mind to be trapped in. But I am guessing she maintained some level of cognitive thinking to be in a home? They should not have killed her; there are many types of medications along with therapy that would have lifted that veil. charge em. Depression is not terminal with proper intervention.

City Hawk, you are wrong. They took advantage of this woman because she had depression and some undisclosed mental illness.God gave us free will but I dont think in most cases that includes suicide. The entire structure of government and our society is based on helping people and saving them when necessary.Assisting suicide is at the opposite end of that.If we just killed ourselves when we didnt feel good, there would be nobody left.I think its wrong and I hope these guys are convicted. As for me,I am wayyyy to ornery to kill myself.Id rather stick around and make all my enemies suffer!

I have a feeling the 4 will be convicted. The assisted suicides are frowned upon still. Make a living will.

They way I see it and tell me if I'm wrong but if I wanted to end (my life) and it is my life, I should be allowed too. It's not the governments life or the laws life, it would be MINE! I would have all rights to how I choose to live my life or end it. Nobody but me should have that God given right. SO! the people who are being charged should work on a great lawyer and sue the crap out of the law. If this girl wanted it and needed help doing it then why not. I would not call that murder.

Money has nothing to do with it. Let us say she was depressed. Someone that has chronic depression can feel like the weight of the world is on their shoulders. it is unbearable. But through medication and couseling that ca be reversed and that weight can be liffted. They can feel good and well. Maybe these people intercepted her life when she was at her lowest point. Yep 1st degree manslaughter. She had deminished capacity .

If she was dieing of a terminal disease, then I can understand the victim wanting to end her life. But being depressed? Couldn't she figure out how to end it without involving other people. They should have stepped AWAY from that circumstance. Quietly and quickly.

Was there any monetary gain for the defendants? If not, how were they taking advantage of her? Story, as usual, leaves out a lot of info!

Maybe they can help the Magic Mulatto in his moment of pain.
