The guy even killed her pitbull puppy just days prior killing Justin. And visiting friends at any hour is irrelevant. Justin wasn't the one who overdosed on meth.

Let's hear a full wave of concern for the perp who killed this guy, then OD'd on Crystal. Where are the posts praising him as an upright, church going, all round 'good guy'? If he doesn't make it, can I contribute a couple nickles for his toe tag?

Unfortunatley there is also a lot of frustration within the Police Dept. They all have Bosses. They can only do what they are "Ordered" to do. When you have a useless mayor and people looking the other way when ordered to do so, there is a lot of frustration everywhere. The only way to change this that I know of is Vote them out of office, and complain to the Media. The Media carries a lot of weight. You will probably get the best results from channel 5 & 15. I'd say call your State Reps, but that doesn't seem to do much anymore.

This Apartment Complex is a Horror Story itself! It always has hookers and drug dealers standing out front. Whats the worst is it is directly across the street from a High School and no one does or says anything about that. This is the second shooting in as many months. Hello Police! I guess we have to wait till some honor students get killed before anyone will do anything. I vote to nuke the complex.
