I have search so many sites but i can not find the application or any information on how to apply. does anyone know the link? Please help my husband and i where both laid off and we cant find a job that will pay our rent! Thank you

Uulopa, It's a federal program funded under ARRA, so it should be available everywhere. There's a lot of information to sift thru, but you can look for more information at www.hudhre.info/HPRP/
