A Flagstaff high school teacher was arrested Monday, charged with six counts of sexual conduct with a minor.
John Francis Pertuit, 35, was arrested at Coconino High School, according to a report released Wednesday.
School officials placed Pertuit on administrative leave to insure the safety of the students, according to the release.
Police reportedly received a tip that the teacher had been sexually involved with students he met as a teacher at the school and as an instructor at his local martial arts business.
The investigation is ongoing, and detectives are asking for the public's help with additional information.
Pertuit's bond has been set at $75,000 cash, according to the report.
