The Prescott Police Department received information from the U.S. Probation Office that 53-year-old Denny M. De La Rosa was possibly in the Prescott area.

According to a police report, Prescott Police Special Enforcement Officers found De La Rosa at a home in the 1200 block of Gail Gardner Way and took him into custody without incident.
