Check of the state's court records and he had two tickets for expired registration. So unless he's from out of state (prior to 2000 first ticket) then he has no prior record and would have passed the background check. That is one of the drawbacks to the records checks. Unless someone was arrested previously for a crime against children, there will be no record to find. This might be a twisted case of the mid life crisis, instead of buying a sports car this dweeb gets infatuated with a teenager. It's still totally wrong and he will get his day in court, but unless the district didn't do a background check there is no reason to blame the school or the district.

He didnt have internet? Did the school bus company do a check list of background information to see if he was a sexual offender? One very sick distrubed mind to have lurking around in the school and then drive kids home, he could have done this to other unsuspecting teens.
