PRESCOTT, AZ -- Authorities say officers arrested six people suspected in several Prescott area burglaries.
According to a Prescott police report, officers pulled over a Chevrolet pickup about 2 a.m. Wednesday for a minor traffic violation.
The driver was reportedly found to have a warrant for his arrest, and the officer noticed numerous electronic items including cell phones, cameras, ipods, and GPS equipment in the truck.
Police said several of the items were discovered to have been taken in burglaries previously reported in the Prescott area.
Two other people in the truck also had warrants for their arrest, officials said.
Everyone in the truck was arrested and booked into the Camp Verde Jail.
Officials say Jeremiah Kennedy, and Christopher McInnis, 21, were booked on their warrants and possession of stolen property.
Gavin Sines, 23, was booked for possession of stolen property.
Colt Rose, 19, was booked for possession of stolen property and trafficking in stolen property and a warrant out of Flagstaff.
Jill Smith, 20, was booked for possession of stolen property, and an unidentified juvenile was also booked in connection with the case, according to officials.
