PRESCOTT VALLEY, AZ -- Police found approximately $10,000 in stolen items at a Prescott Valley home Thursday and arrested three people for burglary.

Prescott Valley police said detectives received information that Earl Osborn, 26, Clinton Vaughn, 18, and a 16-year-old male, all of Prescott Valley, were involved in a number of burglaries in Yavapai County.

Investigators learned that Osborn and Vaughn burglarized a home in Prescott Valley, as well as a business in the Prescott area.

The suspects reportedly admitted to the burglaries and a search warrant was executed at a home in Prescott Valley where items were found that were linked to the Prescott burglary.

Prescott detectives assisted with the investigation and recovered approximately $10,000 of property at the home.

Police say Osborn and Vaughn were arrested and booked into the Yavapai County Jail on charges of  burglary, theft and criminal damage.

Osborn was also charged with one count of possession of drug paraphernalia as a result of the search warrant, according to police.
