PRESCOTT, Ariz. (AP) -- Authorities have identified two men who were killed in a plane crash near Prescott as a 39- and 25-year-old from just outside Portland, Ore.

Pilot Scott Resnick, 39, and his passenger Daylon Harrington, 25, are both from Beaverton, nine miles southwest of Portland.

Several hours later, sheriff's officials found the crash site and both men inside dead.

The crash site is near Haystack Peak between Prescott and Seligman.

Deputies learned the plane had flown out of the Hillsboro, Ore.
