RIMROCK, AZ—The Yavapai County Sheriff’s Office is turning to the public for help after a Rimrock store was vandalized Friday.
YCSO officials said deputies were called out to the Verde Valley Honey store near Beaver Creek Road and Top O the Morning Drive early Friday.
When they arrived on scene the store owner reportedly told deputies that a 12-foot tall dream catcher, also known as the “Dream Warrior,” was vandalized while on display in front of the store.
The victim told deputies the outer support loop of the dream catcher, interior strings and several pieces of turquoise were stolen.
The dream catcher is reportedly valued at $4,500.
The owner says he last saw the dream catcher in place on Wednesday, and could not provide any suspect leads.
The Sheriff’s Office is asking anyone with information about the theft and vandalism to call (928)-771-3260.
