You guys are all idiots! Jacobtk you talk about abuse, yet you produce nothing except anectdotes. You show no proof of abuse. Fromero you talk about psychologists that will say the boy is crazy yet you say you haven't talked to any psychologists. You have no proof he is crazy. The truth is somewhere in the middle. None of you has said anything that can be proven. Hopefully, the boy, the community, the victims, the families will get justice. Maybe no one is to blame here, but the boy, and watching too much tv.

You go, Jacobtk, and tell this FRomero how they can be charged with illegal gossip and slander, violating the gag rule, while the rest of us are trying to procure justice by the letter of the law for this child, a true citizen of this "town of friendly neighbors" that shun him and insult his mother. FRomero, I hope you realize that if you are a family member of Vincent's, you are actually bound under the gag order everyone else is. That means if you make public statements about the case, the evidence and especially anything about the psychiatric examinations (which you should know nothing about, let alone have access to), you can be held in contempt of court, arrested and jailed. You should hope Eryn is not reading this site because if she is she can choose to report your comments to the judge and then it will likely be you spending time in a jail cell. As for the claims you have made, if this child is a "psycho" it would have been noticed by those around him. I live with violent, troubled children. They are not very good at hiding it. Most have a long history of complaints about their behavior. It is my understanding that the boy in this case does not. There is no laundry list of bad acts, violence against others or violence against himself. There are, however, several interviews that were released to the public citing instances of improper or belligerent behavior towards the boy by Vincent and Tiffany. There are also several interviews in which people described the boy as very withdrawn and occasionally manipulative. Several people also mentioned his tendency to attach to adults rather quickly and go out of his way to try to please them. Those behaviors are consistent with an abused child. The question is what type of abuse. For that reason, you should be careful in what you state because if he was abused and you knew about it, you can be charged for ignoring it.

Are you behind the scenes in the courtroom? Are you a relative? You have implied over these months that more that one poster is Eryn. On what do you base that? Who are you, and why do you have such a vindictive attitude with regards to this CHILD?
