SEVEN SPRINGS, AZ – A search has ended in the Seven Springs area after a man and a woman who failed to return from a Sunday outing were located on Monday.

Deputy Lindsey Smith with the Maricopa County Sheriff’s Office said the 20-year-old male and 21-year-old female were last seen Sunday around 4:30 p.m. in a Grey 1997 Jeep Wrangler when they left the man’s home.

The couple was to return at 10 p.m., according to Smith.

Smith said MCSO focused on the Seven Springs area as a possible location of where the couple might have driven.

Smith said just after 2 p.m. that the overdue party has been located and is fine.

Further details were not released.
