Every year for as far back as I can remember the Forest Dept has pre-scribed burns and every year the same thing happens, the pre-scribed fires get out of control. When are they going to wake up and see this is not working. It sure costs a lot of money and greivience for these un-professional decesions.

I am glad no one got hurt. The next time they do a prescribed burn, they will watch the weather channel!!

I just saw this on another website. Evacuation Closure Lifted Incident: Twin Fire Wildfire Released: 5 min. ago The evacuation of the southwest area of Williams has been lifted as of 10 a.m. today. Families can return to their homes. Those of you living in and around the Williams area might want to check with the "Incident Command Center" to make sure this is correct.

lorida , Jimthedoorguy this is no time to fight, we know were the fire is and how it started and it is scary to us who live here not knowing if our little town is going to go up or not, so to have you guys fighting and arugeing is not helping anyone, please dont post this stuff here there are people like myself that see there are comments on here and think that someone form the area might be puting useful info on here

BTW, this has involved around 1000 acres. Granted it's in a bad place, but that's less than two square miles, hardly an epic forest fire.
