The problem then lies in that you could buy a used car or get change for a twenty and be subject to search and seizure tactics reserved for Felons. The feds are such sticklers about "racial profiling" but the courts just let this stuff go on?Take a good look at whats happenining here folks. These are legal every day items that anyone can have, they shouldnt be subject to this kind of search because a dog says so.This is a blatent end run around our constitutional rights.Take it back people!

It could be "dead scent" or "past present" in other words, drugs had been there but then moved-yes the dog can still hit on it.

"A K9 from the Cottonwood Police Department was brought in and immediately alerted on two vehicles. No drugs had been found inside the vehicles." A K9 alerting on a false positive? Say it ain't so! ;-) On the other hand: "Although such traces have been reported in the past, a scientists' group said Monday that cocaine is present in up to 90 percent of the paper money in the United States, particularly in large cities such as Baltimore, Boston and Detroit." from http://www.baltimoresun.com/news/maryland/crime/bal-md.coke18aug18,0,4285360.story
