KINGMAN, AZ – Mohave County Sheriff's detectives arrested a Kingman man on Thursday for allegedly video taping a teen girl by hiding a camera in the victim’s bedroom.

The investigation began on Wednesday when school officials reported that a student might have been molested.

Detectives contacted the 15-year-old victim and investigators reportedly determined that 58-year-old Russell Doyle Feeler was taping the victim in her bedroom utilizing a hidden video camera.

At about 5:30 p.m., detectives contacted Feeler at a residence and, during conversations with him, he admitted to placing a video camera in the room, according to MCSO.

Feeler was taken into custody, transported, and booked into the Mohave County Jail without incident for sexual exploitation of a minor.
