Its so disturbing the California courts let this guy free the first time on kidnapping charges, evidently kidnapping is okay and the rapes were forgiven, the victims were disposable. Because none of the victims were their own women folks perhaps? So they unleash a 'sick demented angry woman hater' like "Jack the Ripper" onto the public to continue his appauling sex and murder crimes against women, God only knows how many bodies are buried out there because of him. A posse of citizen justice needs to handle this demon.

He should have been fried the first time- will the court system ever learn- very seldom is anyone rehabilitated - they find out that they can get away with most things and see no reason to change. Forget the three strikes crap- people know what they do is wrong- execute them immediately.

California is all messed up with liberals, facisits, socialists, sanctionist and what else is going on in their courts thats totally out of wack. This double rapist gets off years ago just for pleading to kidnapping charges, and thats not a Federal crime punishable by doing lots of time in prison? Instead, they let him free and he kills another young lady, why was this career rapist and murderer finally picked up for her murder, what was their motivation? The justice system knew where he was for years, was it right to unleash him onto the general public being so harmful and to continue to do his crimes for years and years? Wish they had the guts to put him to death now, that would put healing salve on the wounds of the living.
