FLAGSTAFF, AZ -- DPS officials said the weather is to blame for six different collisions on a Northern Arizona freeway Wednesday evening.
Around 5 p.m. DPS Spokesperson Harold Sanders said officers were handling 'about' six vehicle collisions on Interstate 40 between mileposts 180 and 215 near Flagstaff.
According to Sanders, weather is believed to be a factor in the accidents.
Arizona Department of Transportation Spokesperson Doug Nintzel said no roads have been closed, but confirms the weather-related accidents have caused delays.
Officials said none of the collisions are serious.
It is unknown at this time whether or not any injuries have been reported.
