SCOTTSDALE, AZ -- From Monday, July 6 to Friday, July 11th, customers can go into The Skeptical Chymist Irish Restaurant and Pub and get lunch for one dollar.
The available menu items are limited, but they do include traditional Irish favorites, such as Shepherd's Pie and Bangers in a Bun.
From 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. everyday next week, all you have to do is buy one drink at regular price and you will receive the one-dollar lunch deal.
Owner Trevor Kingston says that he just wants to show his appreciation to all of the loyal customers while trying to attract some new patrons into the pub.
"There's not much you can get for a buck these days, you know, but we're definitely going to offer you a full lunch," said Kingston.
This is the second year of the promotion. Last year, the restaurant drew about 250 customers per day for lunch.
"We're just going to try to feed as many people as we can in five days and see what happens," said Kingston.
The Skeptical Chymist Irish Restaurant and Pub is located at 15688 N Pima Road, the southeast corner of Frank Lloyd Wright Boulevard and Pima Road.
