People do not understand the complete impact the renovation will have on the wildlife that has made residence at the Pavillions Lake site. Something has to be done before the lakes are lost forever. Many of the geese that were born here since the opening of the lakes in 1989, have imprinted the area at birth and will now be unable to fly back to the lakes after being drained. I hope somebody from the media reads this entry and informs the Tribal leaders to act now to preserve the lakes and wildlife!

This is great. I am glad to hear this. I knew something was going to change once I saw the ponds drained. I enjoy the many Canadian Geese that flock there. The Pavillions has a lot of potential. The freeway is so close and as the promise of something new slowly arrives more and more people will shop there. At the moment there are few shops still operating so something must be keeping this place open. Again I am glad something new is coming for this shopping area.^__^

LOL .. what a JOKE ... the last time i was at the pavillions about a month ago the place was a dead zone .. their putting all these banners saying the place is being renivated because NO ONE SHOPS THERE ANYMORE ..... at least half of the place is empty , and on the day i was there an owner was moving out of their shop ... not to mention that the TACO bell and other fast food resturants in the palaza are so hard up for money that when you walk into the resturant the AC is set to like 90 !!!! the pavillions is DEAD .. if you want to do a peice on the economy , go there ...
