Charge them with NEGLECT/ drug test them and await pending charges. Hope the child will survive. You almost KILLED your little one, idiots. Hope they suck the brainfarts out of your head before they let you have the child back.

Why does this keep happening over and over and over again? What is wrong with people? WATCH YOUR CHILDREN!! Around water, guns, and just because you are the parent. I hope the little one is ok.

I along with PD and Fire Dept I scream ""WATCH YOUR CHILDREN AROUND WATER"" also ""LOCK UP GUNS"" or keep them in a safe location.
