Colliding with the rear of any vehicle, regardless of the circumstances IS a citable offence. All drivers following another are responsible for PAYING ATTENTION to the roadway in front of them. It is unlawful to hit any vehicle from behind for any reason especially because the driver simply came to a stop or slowed down.

interesting in the fact of the matter being the dealership would be so conservative on the fuel and end up paying so much more..............

Dealership's fault for not having the car properly fueled. Other driver's fault for going too fast and causing the accident. WOW! That's a 2 for 1. Faulty driver might have to pay medical costs while the dealership gives the client a NEW CAR. Call an ambulance chaser, they'll love this one.

Buy Volvos. They're boxy but they're good.
