CAVE CREEK, AZ -- Officials say a wildfire has burned about 5 acres 1/2 mile south of a national forest Friday.

The fire is located along Cave Creek, near School House Road south of Tonto National Forest land.

Cam Hunter with the Arizona State Land Department said two aircraft have been ordered to make water drops on the fire if needed. Winds in the area are reported to be a factor.

There is no word yet on the cause of the fire and Hunter said no lightning strikes had been reported in the area.
