Just goes to show you people don't pay attention while driving! Mother taking kids to school everything else on her mind except driving. Kids to busy with yapping forgets he or she is driving. I see it all the time to busy with life to drive!

The damage is heaviest at the back of the line (white pickup) and gets progressively less severe toward the front of the line. It is obvious that the fool driving the white pickup didn't stop for a line of cars that was not moving.

Thanks IM4US. I guess I was being narrow minded after almost getting sideswiped a couple of times on the freeway by idiots on their cell phones this morning. Good thing I don't use one while driving or I might not have noticed the jerks were trying to drive in multiple lanes just as I got next to them.

maybe DA does that alot herself and is tired of people like us putting down her favorite pasttime - chatting to her friends/family while driving. go do that in SD and see how far it gets you.

Please inform me oh wise one......just what is political about cell phones? Not narrow minded either. I could just have easily speculated that they were all on their morning drugs, alcohol, or too tired to pay attention because they were out partying half the night. Or maybe they had just gotten home from riding the bumper cars and forgot that there's a difference between pretend and the real thing? Yes, I can think of quite a few scenarios. The main one being following too close combined with not paying attention to what is going on around you, which in far too many cases involves someone yapping on a cell phone.
