Are you experiencing problems watching our livestreams of newscasts?
If so, please e-mail us the following information:
1) the date you attempted to watch a livestream
2) which show you attempted to watch
3) who your Internet service provider is
4) the livestream's quality (smooth? bad? choppy? audio with no video?, etc.).
5) right-click on the video player while it is streaming, click "Statistics", then let us know your "network or Internet connection" speed (ex: 300 Kbps), and "content is currently being received at" speed (ex. 105 Kbps). Thank you for your help as we troubleshoot this issue!
