Why does the fact that arizona politicians are involved in any criminal activity surprise anyone? In fact maybe to be a politician you have to know how to conduct criminal activity given the fact that our whole senate, congress, and every state representative that is active in the legislature are co-conspirators in criminal activity......they legally rob every single one of of tax paying citizen. Arizona is corrupt to the core....not surprised.!!!!

I have been following this scam for years at Ringtalk.com. Pedro Fernandez has called all these scumbags out for years. I'm happy for Mr. Diaz but I hope the others involved get busted to, mostly the Wilcox duo.

The less than honorable Judge Carlos Mendoza will be indited soon, as 2 other Wilcox Justice of Peace appointee. enigmaforever, trust me when I tell you the Wilcox's corruption as far as their financial interests at the airport will be the end of the Wilcox's. McKinn wearing the wire and others are signing like the rats they are. The public isn't aware af 1/10 of what's about to come down the pike.

We here 3 names involved with this,What about all of the other complaints that have come up against the state boxing commission, John Montano was recently sued in a Puerto Rico court from The World Boxing Organization but yet he still works for the commission as the lead inspector,How can this be?It would be a good idea to get the records from the boxing commission and talk to former promoters in how they were treated. You would here many different stories that would lead to one conclusion and that is there needs to be a complete reorganization of the boxing commission where no one that has ever been served would be allowed to be in any way part of the new commission>Anything less could leave a virus.Congratulations to the people involved in bringing down high power corruption!!!

Mary rose brings her "south of the border style corruption" to Arizona. Time to get rid her, forever. She and everyone associated with her should be in Jail. ViVa Sheriff Joe! Great job MCSO. Keep it it up. Next I hope they get Phil Gordinnandez

The corruption of Maricopa County Supervisor Mary Rose Wilcox and a former senior aide to former Arizona Governor Janet Napolitano, is not news to anyone who has been paying attention. The restaurant at Sky Harbor Airport using their roles as public officials in the way it was acquired did not take rocket scientist to see through. Everything with her has a price, and only and idiot not see it. Sheriff Joe's office, and county attorney Thomas should be commended for bucking the powerful political big wigs to try, bring creditability to the honest people who have been getting the shaft, while this scum sucks in the money ( but I sure they will be accused of profiling). To bad Napolitano left would sure love to have learned exactly what incentives Redflex provided to have an open pass in the state, besides of course the millions that flowed into elected officials campaign coffers "legally" per the signed contract. I will bet that Napolitano will jump into this act behind the scenes, to help Wilcox, and protect herself from her indiscretions from becoming public in some type of plea agreement that Wilcox might make. I remember that Napolitano was against spy cameras, then she had the private meeting with Redflex, and all of a sudden the company all but owned all the rights to privacy of Arizona citizens. Then Napolitano was given the position of Homeland Security ( which she has no qualifications at all for), and then Redflex has a contract with Homeland Security, sure makes one wonder what is going on. So I predict that charges will disappear, with some strong arm twisting, and favors given along the way.

Earl works behind the dress of his wife Mary. Again, we see were apathy keeps Mary and the rest of County Supervisors in office. Total power corrupts. Go Sheriff Joe, clean house and maybe we can find honest people to serve in office.

Shouldn't the honorable Judge Carlos Mendoza be stepping down from the bench, and cases seen by him be of questionable judgement on his part?
