BLA BLA BLA....the recyclers have a ticket to ride ! Just put forward some proposal claiming to be GREEN and there will be some government agency ready to pony up some contract or cash. Looks REAL good in the TV-face time and sound bites. The agencies charged with enforcement have NO accountability and the responses from Mr. Grumbles are typical bureaucrat-ese. When the reporter gets tired....why not ask Gov. Jan? The "officials" need to be slapped - publicly. Do they care? Are there personal penalties for their malfeasance? Are they even capable to personal PUBLIC SHAME? I doubt it. Another topic to chase....how about those TIRES laying out in the desert? Never heard that they got cleaned up.

You mean we can't ship this stuff to India with the broken down ships or to Africa with our other electronic waste?
