Windows at Revolution Medical Centers in east Phoenix were vandalized Sunday night with the words "Killer Prescriptions Here" and "Suicide Clinic" written on them.
The act of vandalism at the 20th Street and Camelback location occurred less than one week after an ABC15 investigation that uncovered several patient deaths.
According to the Phoenix Police Department, no police reports have been filed in connection with the vandalism incident.
The clinic, its owner and several of the doctors are currently under state and federal investigation for illegally prescribing anabolic steroids and other performance enhancing drugs.
On Friday, the clinic’s owner, Dr. Jeremy Bula, announced he was closing the facility.
In a memo posted on the clinic's door, Dr. Bula blamed the media.
"When we were the subject of that undercover investigation, we had no idea how far reaching the damage caused from this would be," Bula wrote.
The note continued, "In response to Revolution being involved in the media, both the State Chiropractic and Naturopathic Boards have gotten involved. The Chiropractic Board has placed my license in suspension while investigating my involvement as well."
Back in April, ABC15 Investigator Josh Bernstein went undercover inside the clinic.
All Josh told the doctor was, “I want to put on size.”
After just two visits, Josh was prescribed more than $2,000 worth of anabolic steroids and human growth hormone.
