Josh, you really proved how much of a non-investigator you are. Dr Haggard is NOT in Mobile, AL as you state in your video. He is being held in FL. Get your facts straight before you report. Makes me wonder what else is a lie.

As far as Dr. Haggards education is concerned, its valid. His NMD, from SCNM is a great degree. It is important to note, having followed this entire story with great interest, as I was a patient there, that Dr. Haggard is in trouble for things he did that were NOT MEDICALLY VALID. The use of anabolic steriods for the treatment of either andropause or menopause is a valid protocol. However the prescribing of illegal substances, or the illegal prescribing of legal substances is never a good idea. Revolution Medical Center was one of, if not the best run clinic I had ever been to. I am not sure how much Dr. Haggard had to do with the business aspect, as I believe that was Dr. Bula's department. But it was run extremely well. Its too bad that Dr. Haggard, as it appears, got over zealous and forgot the oath he took when he became a doctor.

This is a strange one for ABC 15 reporting, the way its presented is extremely accusatory against this doctor, its beyond their rights. The report is profoundly long and droll, sighting and building up a case to hang 'em! Actually, it a bad dose of suicide by Dr. Haggard instead of the police this time, it eases the shock and guilt to John Vorve's family, blaming someone else instead of facing their own hard issues. I am not defending the Dr. just that it sounds like his role may not be as obvious as the media is trying to portray him. John Vorves killed himself by overdosing, he alone made the decision. He was an adult, not an imbacile. The media has gone way over the top, leaving no room for the defendant, Dr. Haggard, to explain his exact role, whats happening here? This could happen to any white young american male citizen, labeled guilty before proven innocent. A state supreme court thats devoid of fair play in the name of justice(?) Yet, thousands of murderers, rapists, international sex rings, drug smugglers, go the secure route back across the border with mandates to leave well enough alone, be politically correct, never offend anyone suspected of being illegal, who could very well be a wanted dangerous criminal. Cops have to be psychic these days (?) to protect the citizens and themselves? Shame on Arizona government a thousand times over! Watch out for facisizm, its slithered its way in.
